10 POINTS UNTUK MOHD SHAH

Last weekend, dengan izin Allah, aku sempat singgah ke Jheel (Tasik) Saif-ul Muluk kat Naran Pakistan. Perjalanan drpd Islamabad ke Naran mengambil masa 7 jam. Stopped bermalam ni Kaghan Valley (silap percaturan patutnya overnite at Naran)

Full perjalanan covers - Islamabad-Haripur-Havelian-Abbottabad-Mansehra-Balakot-Kaghan-Naran-Saif-ul Muluk

Sepanjang perjalanan banyak giler tanah runtuh or glacier runtuh. Kena tunggu 1/2 hr nak tunggu jalan clear. Else aku kena patah balik ke Islamabad la.

Apa ada kat Jheel Saif-ul Muluk ni? Korang baca kat bawah ni.

Lake Saiful Muluk (Urdu: سیف الملوک) is a lake located at the northern end of the Kaghan Valley (34°52′37.34″N 73°41′37.71″E / 34.8770389°N 73.6938083°E / 34.8770389; 73.6938083) near Naran. It is in the north east of Mansehra District in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. At an altitude of 3,224 m (10,578 feet) above sea level it is amongst one of the highest lakes in Pakistan.

The lake is accessible by a 14 km road from Naran (which is accessible by a road from Mansehra via Balakot and Kaghan) during the summer months. On foot, the trek from Naran to the lake takes about 4-6 hours. The water is clear with a slight green tone. The clarity of the water comes from the multiple glaciers all around the high basin which feed the lake.

The weather here is moderate during day time while the temperature drops to minus degrees at night.

A fairy tale called Saiful Muluk, written by the famous sufi poet Mian Muhammad Bakhsh, is associated with the lake.[1] It is the story of prince of Persia who fell in love with a fairy princess at the lake.[2] The impact of the lake beauty is of such extent that people believe that fairies come down to lake in full moon.

Memang cantik tasik ni masa pre-summer ni. Subhanallah. Tak sangka plak aku ada tasik yang sebegitu cantik di Pakistan.

Tapi nak datang ke sini bukan senang ok. Mcm bertarung nyawa.

From Town Naran korang kena naik Jeep ke Base 1 Saif-ul Muluk.

Pastu korang decide whether nak trekking all the way ke Base 2 (dlm 3 jam) or horse riding (1 jam).

Aku opt for horse riding since aku sampai ke Naran dah lambat dalam kul 1000hrs.

Then from Base 1 ke Base 2 at the lake, kena trekking around 1 hr barulah sampai ke tasik ni.

Tasik ni kira dok kat atas snow-peak mountains la.

Masa turun aku opt for trekking which will take another 2 hrs.

Ingatkan nak naik kuda tapi aku tengok mcm lagi scary je turun gunung dengan kuda.

Buatnya kuda buat gila, Al-Marhum plak aku kat atas tu. hehe.

Kalau trekking kena lalu atas glacier, which kat bawah dia ada laluan air, anytime boleh pecah glacier tu.

Overall mmg puas hati la dapat singgah ke Jheel Saif-ul Muluk walaupun perjalanan agaklah scary kan.

Aku akan singgah lagi masa summer nanti, bila semua glacier kat tasik cair. Mesti lagi cantik punya.

Kat atas tuh mmg takde line langsung ok.

Mohon pertimbangan untuk points bagi Rumah Mohd Shah, Membujur Lalu, Melintang Patah.
